    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Washes dishes and/or pots
    • Assist cooks (meat/dairy) as directed
    • Maintains high level of sanitation in immediate area
    • Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience and Educational Background:

    • High School Diploma plus 1-2 years of related experience is required
    • NYS license food handler preferred. Knowledge of Kosher dietary laws also preferred

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Good organization skills. Must be able to handle food according to established sanitary guidelines
    • Speaks to clients and colleagues in a respectful and thoughtful manner
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Provides excellent customer service

    Schedule:

    The schedule for this position is Monday- Wednesday: 12:45 pm- 8:30 pm; Thursday: 11:30 am- 7:30 pm; Friday: 7:00 am- 2:15 pm with Saturday and Sunday off.
