This is a floating position, but currently will be posted on the midtown campus (Lexington & 33rd Street). 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify prices of goods and tabulate price using cash register and/or calculator
  • Issue receipts and/or change to customers
  • Set up and break down counter area
  • Maintains coffee and display baked goods
  • Keep refrigerators and shelves stocked
  • Refill and clean counter as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Educational Background: 

  • High school diploma and 6 months to 1 year related experience is required

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle food according to established sanitary guidelines
  • Speaks to clients and colleagues in a respectful and thoughtful manner
  • Provides excellent customer service
