The Position:

Reporting to the Executive Director of Academic Programs, the Program Associate will be responsible for all academic programs in the Katz School with locations on the Wilf and Beren Campus.



  • Develop course schedules for graduate programs
  • Participate in the annual filings for accreditation bodies
  • Evaluate and catalog official program handbooks, proposals, and other academic documents
  • Partner with publishers on faculty requests and ensure compliance with Federal requirement for posting required books/materials every semester
  • Create and maintain a variety of confidential and sensitive data such as student records, faculty files, health forms, and teaching evaluations
  • Liaise with the registrar for semester classroom assignments, data needs, and operational tasks
  • May hire and train student employees
  • Manage logistics and office needs for administrative departments and academic programs
  • Coordinate faculty conferences and travel; manage expenses to established budgets
  • Complete other tasks and duties as assigned



Experience and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years related experience preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting academic programs

  • Excellent written, organizational and communication skills
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a startup environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and work independently
