The Position

Management Administrative Assistant

The Katz School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Yeshiva University seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the AS in Management and MS in Marketing academic programs, assisting in daily office operations and managing program’s general administrative activities. T


The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. A successful Administrative Assistant should ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the AS in Management and MS in Marketing academic programs.


This is a part time position working 19 hours per week.


  • Organizing and scheduling interviews and meetings (with current and prospective students and faculty)
  • Preparing interview materials and updating post-interview forms
  • Writing and distributing emails, drafting memos and other materials
  • Developing and maintaining a well-organized filing system


Experience and Educational Background:


  • High School degree required, Bachelors degree preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
