    The Position:

     

    The Maintenance Manager supervises the day to day operation and staff at the assigned campus.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review work orders and assign work to appropriate staff member
    • Approved staff timecards in Kronos
    • Execute projects identified by the daytime manager which may require some follow up with campus constituents such as students, faculty and staff
    • Interacts and coordinates with a variety of University vendors

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience and Educational Background:

    • Associate’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience managing a diverse maintenance environment or a combination of skills and experience is required
    • Certification in industrial facilities operations is required
    • Knowledge of general union guidelines and operating procedures;
    • Experience in higher education is preferred
