The Position:


The Registration Clerk II will provide assistance to the Beren Campus Registrar.


  • Process all types of registration forms on the computer
  • Answer phones; provide basic information with screening and routing of calls
  • File as required including electronic filing
  • Perform basic secretarial duties, including word processing
  • Maintain student information on the computer and student transcripts
  • Assist students
  • Handle inquiries regarding all current and former students
  • Process transcript requests
  • Process leaves of absence, official withdrawals, applications for graduation and name change forms
  • Process transfer credit evaluations
  • Post grades onto student records
  • Supportthe Assistant and Associate Registrar, as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Experience and Educational Background:

  • 2 – 3 years of previous office experience, including record keeping and data entry
  • High School degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
